Wilma J. Weiss, age 67, of Berlin Heights, died Monday evening, January 30, 2012 at her home. She was born on November 18, 1944 in Elyria and has lived in the Berlin Heights area for 40 years. She has worked for Quarry Hill Orchards for over 25 years. She enjoyed sewing and crafts. She loved going boating on the lake and traveling to their hunting camp in PA with her family.

She is survived by her husband Wayne Sr., her children, Wayne M. (Valerie) Weiss, of New London, Betty (Joe) Mason, of Vermilion, Mary Watson, of North Olmsted, Wayne E. Weiss, of Parma, Patty Davis, of Berlin Heights, John Toth, of Amherst, and Gary (Holly) Weiss, of Hershey, PA, 15 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents James L. and Irene (Aslaksen) Cowan.

Friends may call on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 at the Morman-Hinman-Tanner Funeral Home, 38 South Street, Berlin Heights, where services will be held on Friday at 11:00 am. Rev. Mel Sayler will be officiating. Burial will follow at Peaks Cemetery.
