Paul J. Motolik, age 70, of Wakeman, was received into heaven on Saturday, February 4, 2012, after a long, courageous and brave battle. Born on March 3, 1941 to Peter and Jane (Hurst) Motolik, and was a lifelong Wakeman resident. He was a 1959 graduate of Townsend-Wakeman High School. He served in the Army National Guard, was a member of St. Mary's Church in Wakeman
and retired from Nordson Corporation after 45 years of service. In his retirement, Paul
and his wife took great pride in their motorhome and loved spending as much time as possible in Florida and on the beach, as well as being with their family.

Wise and always quick-witted, he had the amazing ability to bring smiles to the many
people whose lives he touched, and was a friend to everyone that he met.

Paul was an especially loving and devoted husband to his wife Sharon Kay (Thomas)
Motolik for 45 years. A best friend and father to his three children, Brian (Stephanie) Motolik of Liberty Township, Ohio, Shari (Bryan) Theis of Waterville, Ohio, and Paula Jo (Jim) Smith of Mansfield, Ohio. He is also survived by his brothers Tom (Jean) Motolik, John Motolik, sisters-in-law, Sandy Motolik and Rosemary Motolik and seven nieces and nephews.

A beloved papa to his cherished grandchildren, Lauren, Megan, and Ryan Motolik, Hunter, Braden, Madison and Kody Theis, and Carson, Nolan and Landry Smith. He will be sadly missed by all and especially his best buddy, Ranger, his Siberian Husky.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers Peter J. Motolik Sr. and Michael (Mick) Motolik.
